The rules below match the policy already published on the MFZ site.
Warranty
Forged MFZ parts carry a 2-year warranty for material and workmanship defects. Damage from misuse, crashes, or incorrect installation is outside the warranty.
Installation
A printed guide is in the box. Forks and wheel sets should be installed by a technician.
Shipping
Mainland China, 2 to 4 business days. Asia Pacific, 5 to 7. Europe and the Americas, 7 to 14. The tracking number is the one issued after dispatch.
Returns
Unopened parts can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom parts cannot. Keep the full box and the hardware.
List price
Catalog figures are USD list prices. Shipping and duties are confirmed before an export order is paid.
